Branchburg, NJ - The RVCC played hosted to Mercer County Community College for their last regular season game of the 2021-2022 season. The Lions led by Raheem Carter got off to a very hot start. Carter drained 6 first half three pointers which put the Lions up 12 going into the half. The Vikings of Mercer County would not go away and were able to tie the game late in the second half. Clutch free throw shooting from RVCC helped the Lions hold onto win 74-69. With the win RVCC won the Garden State Athletic Conference Championship. Raheem Carter finished with 32 points and 11 boards, Malachi White added 13 and Mark Daniels chipped in with 10. The Lions will now host Lackawanna College on Thursday February 24th with a 7PM tip off.
