Zaire Robinson Named Region XIX Player of the Year

North Branch, NJ-- Zaire Robinson, a sophomore guard from the RVCC men's basketball team has been named Region XIX Player of the Year. The Woodbridge, NJ native played sensational basketball for the Lions, as he averaged 16.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game. Robinson led the Lions in points and assists per game, and was second in rebounds per game. He was also named to the All-Region XIX first team, as well as the All-Garden State Athletic Conference team. During the season, Robinson was named Garden State Athletic Conference Player of the Week twice for his efficient performance. Congratulations Zaire!
