Bio
Justine Leger was hired as the Pool Operations Coordinator at Raritan Valley Community College in the Fall of 2025. Leger oversees pool operations, facility scheduling, rentals, and program coordination. With a strong background in aquatics management, coaching, and team leadership, Justine brings years of experience in developing efficient processes, supporting staff, and creating a safe, welcoming environment for students, members, and community partners. In her role at RVCC, she works closely with campus departments, rental groups, and facility teams to enhance operations, coordinate improvements, and support the continued success of the college’s aquatics programs. She is passionate about building positive relationships, improving the customer experience, and providing opportunities for the community to stay active and engaged through aquatics.
