Bio

Bill Harnden has been a part of the Raritan Valley Community College Women’s Softball since 2000, when he resurrected the program after it had been on an eight-year hiatus.  A native of Somerset County NJ, Harnden grew up in Franklin Township and is a graduate of St. Pius X High School in Piscataway, NJ. He continued his education at Ramapo College where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and  Marketing.  He is currently finishing his MBA through University of Phoenix and works full time for RVCC as the Operations Director of the Small Business Development Center on the Bridgewater Campus.

Harnden first got involved with softball through his daughters, Katherine and Jessica, and has continued to coach and teach in the softball community ever since.  He is a founding member of the Bridgewater Blue Diamonds Softball Organization and a contributing member of the Skylands Pride and Branchburg Blaze Softball Organizations.

Currently, Harnden resides in Union Township in Hunterdon County with his wife SueAnn.
